Im only given a 4 star do too the fact it said it has heat does not but has the massaging that could be more of a harder massage but thats my recommendation for The designer it may be perfect for most I highly recommend this chair for the comfort it feels like your sitting on gel cushions for those like me with lower back Injuries.
