Cute- teen loves it. I (petite woman) assembled it with just the Allen wrench and small tool that came in the package. Assembly was smooth. Instructions are bare bones, but sufficient- not all parts had labels but those that didnt were easy to discern from the pictures in the instructions.
Frame is light but sturdy. It was fun seeing a pile of metal develop into a cute bed frame.
I was a little worried that the crossbars would be felt underneath the mattress (as there is no box springs in this set up) but it is very comfortable even for an average sized teen.
Definitely recommend this bed frame - it also has a good clearance height: not too high, but high enough you could store stuff under it if need be.
