The color contrast between my wall and the sofa making it a statement piece as the teal color is special and pop. I am not a velvet person too since I dont like the color variation when the velvet fur is not smooth. To my surprise, this sofa doesnt have those variation maybe because the velvet is short enough. It is extremely easy to set up too, took about 10 mins for 2 people to get it done.
As for the cons, I expected the legs are made from real wood. But they are actually wood looking plastic, seems like it is hollow but its still steady though.
The gap in the middle is the most bothering part. I checked out other reviews and dont seem like others have the same problem as me. The sofa is still steady but its more like a cosmetic issue. I might need to hide it with some blanket
