The cushions are underfilled and soft. They dont stay nice and square. The seat cushions are so soft, you just sink in, and are a bit small. Even though the set cushions have velco, they shift due to their size, and leave a gap in the middle. The back cushions just sit there like pillows. I added a 1.5 inch layer of memory foam. That has helped.
Im not happy with it, but not unhappy. Im just MEH with it.
