Easy to put together. Nice for delivery to an apartment. The pics were taken about 15 minutes after I put it together. The seat cushions pretty much all the way expanded. Its not the most comfortable but probably the best for being a couch you put together from a box. Im 58 and able to lay down and not be crunched up on it.
