I bought this mes for my mom after her stroke and it was working great she loves the bed!!! But the remote broke the main chip broke and now her bed doesnt work!! Now she cant sleep and her body aches because she cant sleep like that but what gets me is THAT I CANT FIND A REPLACEMENT ANYWHERE!! I called for the warranty and they need the something off of a tag that my dad had removed and tossed out... now I dont know what to do cause we cant afford a new base ....
