Bought as a split king package...these came with a rip in one, and all the wires flapping around (twisty ties there, but not holding the wires) Motor was Real Loud on one with rip. Got replacement same day as our mattresses (yes we waited 3 days for them) / still loud motor for foot massage. NOTE: This does NOT hold your mattress on the side, so itll slide all over when you raise or lower your bed. Im very disappointed with these. My husband has cancer and I have fibromyalgia a bone disorder, and Id hoped these would help us, I was WRONG! Theyre Super heavy to move around, difficult to get under cause youll need to fix the wires so they dont get tangled when raising/lowering bed, the mattress just sits on top at zero gravity (unless youre a heavy enough person) so the mattress moves all over the place, and I dont like that the remote doesnt light until you tough a button...so you cannot see which one youve got in the dark. I cannot recommend these to anyone...I have a huge regret spending all we had saved, on these awful frames the hard mattresses sold with it. Please be aware before you buy!
