Delivery was delayed three days and not sure why, may have been because it is very heavy. has a special truck and crew to deliver heavy objects. When it did arrive the delivery crew was very polite and helpful. They put in my house right where I wanted it. Box had some tears on it but bed itself had no damage. My son and I assembled it in the bedroom by putting all the legs on except the row that would be closest to the floor when we turned it over. Other reviewers had stated that the legs were bent, that is why we left last row off until we had flipped it over. After turning it right side up I held the side without legs up while he screwed them in. Assembly was fairly easy but it is a two person job. I have been using with a hybrid mattress and like it very much. Remote works flawlessly along with everything else. I didnt buy for the massage and dont use that accessory much but it does work. I would recommend
