I purchased the black Norfolk 7-piece kitchen table and 6 chairs set for my large dining nook. I dont have a formal dining room, so I wanted a casual set large enough for entertaining and sturdy enough for everyday use. This set more than meets my criteria. Directions for assembly were clear and minimal; my son began at noon, and by 1:30 I had a beautiful casual table and six chairs. Its a solid set and appears well made. The finish is fair, but not the dark glossy black Id hoped for). That is to say, the wood grain is visible on some surfaces, especially the chairs. Delivery took about a week; however, the company did call several days in advance to confirm delivery date/time. The only problem was that there was a lone driver/deliverer, and because the set was so heavy, I had to call my son to help him carry the boxes into the house. Fortunately, my son was available to do so; otherwise, the driver said hed have had to call for a helper, who could have taken up to an hour to arrive (What?). Overall, Im pleased with the product, though at $695, its priced on the high end for what it is.
