This product was late 5 days but Im patient since I didnt even have to leave the comfort of my home to get a new couch. I was a little apprehensive buying furniture online because usually you would want to actually test something as expensive as a couch. I honestly had low expectations for a 400 dollar couch on and was pleasantly surprised. It looks great and more expensive than it actually is. The cushions are definitely on the firmer side but since I have a bad back its perfect for me. There was damage on the box but the product was perfect. This couch isnt something you want to spend 8+ hours binge watching a movie collection. Its great to hangout for a bit and it is nice that it can be turned into a bed in an emergency but dont expect it to replace a real bed. If you want something more comfortable go buy 1000+ recliner. If youre on a budget and want something decent and multi functional this is perfect for you.
