I have multiple shop stools, so thats where I am startimg my comparison. The product seems fine, but when I figured out the base was a paperweight I was skeptical. If you put these on carpet, good luck. Adults only, and sober adults at that. Debating bolting them down or returning them. They look nice, work nice, and comfortable, but the base radius is too small and isnt made of heavy material to be tip resistant
