We LOVE our new bed. It was shipped quickly and had all the parts mentioned except for the under pad to minimilize squeeking(the reason for 4 stars instead of 5 ) . We put it together in less than an hour and slept on it that night. Its sturdy and we feel like we got a great bed!!! for the price. Buy one for yourself ... You will love it!!!.
