I took this suitcase on one trip and when I landed to my destination I was shocked when I saw this huge dent on the corner! This was only for the first part of my trip! I reach out to and see what they can do since I have a free 2 year warranty. The suitcase was lightweight and easy to navigate, however, the dent threw me off! I thought this luggage was going to be a bit more durable than this!!!
UPDATE:
I reached out to the company and they sent me a new suitcase free of charge due to my original one being dented. Yay! They also let me keep the one that was damaged. I am impressed with their ability to resolve this concern for me in a timely fashion. I look forward to using my new suitcase on my next vacation!
