    Poor quality control. Parts dont line up, impossible to construct it. Terrible customer support.

    Look how uneven the holes are! None of the holes line up right, and theyre all supposed to be the same. This was the first step in the instructions, and the holes dont line up. Its impossible to put it together with the parts provided. I talked to support and after a bunch of hoops (send pictures in an email, etc) they sent replacement parts but the holes alignment was EVEN WORSE on the new parts! Do they even measure in the warehouse? Or are they just eyeballing it and phoning it in? Other fun times with support: 1) On one support chat, the customer service rep was just AFK for 10-15 minute intervals talking to supervisor. But when I dont respond for 3 minutes, they eagerly disconnect. No warning about the hold, just gone indefinitely. Thanks Maria! 2) Maria said Ill take care of this. Trust me. Ill email you. That was last week. Spoiler alert: no email was ever sent. Thanks Maria! 2) Called their help line. Hold music ran so long that it stopped. No one ever answered. Its been 30 minutes. Im actually still on hold right now, with no music. Eerie. 3) After a few minutes, support just disconnected the chat without answering the question or providing an update. Thanks Nick! 4) Started a support chat. Someone started typing in chat, then just stopped. No one greeted me. So my mattress has been on the floor for weeks. bed parts are on the floor all around my bedroom. And this is with the FIRST STEP of the instructions. What if the parts dont line up on the SECOND STEP? Frustrating experience.
