Its hard to review this without knowing how it will hold up. Right now, we are very happy. I will come back to amend this if we experience any issues.
The loveseat looks nice. Out of the box, I think most people would think it cost more than it did.
There really is no assembly to speak of. I feel bad saying, It was easy to assemble, because it feels like giving myself credit I dont deserve. Basically, you have to be able to screw in the feet. If you can turn your hand in a twisting motion, you can put this couch together.
The fabric seems is soft and a pretty tight weave. In the video you can see me pour water on the couch and you can see how it runs off pretty well. Its soft enough to the touchits not velvet or anything, but it breathes better than leatherette or even most low/end leathers. Its fine. None of the cushions are reversible, which is a drag, especially since it seems like the back cushions were about 12 inches of fabric away from being fully reversible. (See picture.)
The comfort is fine. Its not really a loveseat youd want to binge watch TV on, but I dont think anyone is expecting it to be that either. Its firm, but not uncomfortable. You could sit and visit a neighbor on it. Company wont feel like its the best thing ever, but they also wont sink in when they sit. I think my in/laws, who are getting up there in years, could get in and out of this easily.
I do have some concerns about its sturdiness. So far this is all speculation. This couch is innocent until proven guilty. That said, the springs underneath the cushions seem far apart and thin to me. Also when I life under the front/right corner, I can get that leg off the ground by about two inches before the front/left corner comes up. That tells me the frame isnt super rigid. Anyway, at this juncture, those are only theoretical concerns. Also, at this price point, I doubt anyone could be thinking that this is furniture that will be passed down in the family for generations. If it lasts me ten years, Ill be pretty happy about it.
So far, I have zero regrets. My wife is really happy with it and it looks smart in our front room.
