    Firm but nice

    Very soft and easy to clean. Please note that this is a futon so it is very firm. Not squishy if you wanted to sink into and binge watch shows. Im surprised it came in a square box but installation wasnt to difficult. Took about 90 minutes by myself. I recommend having help.
