We are really pleased with this faux leather sofa/futon. I was initially concerned about that the white, faux leather would look very fake and likeee plastic, but it turns out I had nothing to worry about. The upholstery is actually very high quality and looks almost likeee the real thing. We needed a sofa and extra sleeping space for our cabin on the lake, and this piece completely met all of our needs. The material is sturdy and will even tolerate damp clothing (after swimming), which is absolutely perfect for the cabin. Plus, the futon is great for accommodating the extra guests who show up during the warm weather. It is very comfortable to sleep on for a futon, and the adjustable reclining positions were a surprise and a great bonus. I was also impressed with the instructions and the inclusion of all of the tools needed for assembly. These days, too often, the instructions need an interpreter to decipher, but that was not the case here. The booklet was easy to follow and the piece took us just over a half an hour to put together. All in all, this is a great buy, especially if you have a smaller space and need extra areas for people to sleep. We absolutely loveee it！！！!
