    Replacement policy of damaged parts is shady!

    Ordered 4 bar stools. They look and seat well for what we want. One of the gas lifts was scratched up. Emailed customer service and there resolution was to give me 99% off on a new one. First of all if its damaged. Replace it at no charge. Most good businesses work this way and are very successful. Going forward if I would order anything from this company and it comes damaged. Ill return it and get a refund. I will not haggle with this company on how to make it right anymore.
