The bed as a whole is fantastic! Perfect height, solid (tested first night), noise free and a great buy! The packaging it came in was solid and layered, so how the UPS person managed to not only screw up most of the packaging but puncture a hole in the headboard is beyond me. Screw UPS and their employees. This isnt the first thing Ive gotten they they are either to lazy or out of shape to handle so they just toss it around like its a javelin throw competition. I decided not to return it as this isnt the manufactures issue, its the shipping company, which gets worst every year. Regardless its small enough I can cover it up and patch it and it wont be noticed. Plus Im not packaging this up just to get another damaged one.
