awkward to recline in, but looks nice

When I ordered this I knew that it want . I wasnt sure how good the material quality would be / it seems very thin. I have a couch made of the same type of stuff that lasted about 4 years before major peeling started happening / but this stuff seems thinner, so we will see. It is for my teens room, so it doesnt have to last more than 4 years anyway. Disclaimer, we have kids and a cat, so Im not sure how much of the peeling on my other couch was due to misuse and how much was just typical. What I didnt realize (maybe it said and I didnt see it) was that the reclining feature works like those easy up sunshades. There are a few holes for the peg to go in and then you lock in that position. You get to choose from upright to mildly reclined. I have an actual Ekornes Stressless that I got used and while I wasnt hoping for that quality, I was hoping that the reclining would be more user friendly. The setup took about 45 minutes working alone and using the tools they provide. I gave this a 3 star rating because in terms of quality it is not very good. However, it is priced well for what it is. I would say a pretty decent chair for your money. Not looking to spend much but want something that looks nice for a few years? This could work for you. Not really built for heavier folks though.
