I ordered this chair for my 86 yr. old mother with back issues. She needed a chair that reclines slightly that did not have to be re/positioned every time she sat down. Additionally she would never have been able to operate the typical recliner, to get out of the chair. You can set the back of the chair to your comfort, and it stays right there. The chair does so be careful getting in and out that it doesnt too much. This chair fit out needs and is very comfortable. Now putting together was a bit of a challenge for my 87 yr. old father, but he wasnt going to let it defeat him. The directions could have been a bit better, but turned out great.
