The first chair i ordered came with the damaged wooden part where the metal was screwed to it. I noticed that when I flipped chair on the side to attach the back part. So I already put 4 screws in. I called return center and Ive been told to leave box on the porch and UPS will pick it up within a week 8a/8p. They came next day at 1pm. The refund came after 2 days. I ordered the same chair because the color matches to my couches and I need something to last until the couches fall apart ( the bonded started peeling off and my recliner was the worst ) It was delivered sooner than promised. The assembling of second chair was a bit more difficult , almost like the metal parts were not aligned but I managed to put all together and Im in my mid 50s, it does not recline to the extent I would wish but this could be for a safety reason so it doesnt trip back. This is a chair for my husband (wt 280 lb) and so far he likes it. Well see how long it will last but for the price (403 with tax and delivery) at least the look and the comfort meets my expectation.
