Please, note I really wanted to give this a 5/star rating. Im was very nervous about making an important/large purchase online and search diligently and read reviews. I bought this King bed for my master bedroom upgrading from a queen. Will first start with the shipping the bed was shipped in 2 separate packages and did not inform me about the second package or the tracking number. I did call and complain they gave me a $25.00 credit for my trouble LOL.
Moving forward the packaging was great all pieces were on point and wood rails are nailed in for sturdiness. The set/up took 2 people it was done in about 2/hours and once it was built the bed looks beautiful and sturdy no complaints there.
However, here comes the but, BUYER/BEWARE!!! the headboard is not true to its claim at least not on my purchase. Its shy from being 51 inches tall as claimed on the Ad I attached a picture showing the measurements of the headboard its 50 inches tall. If I paid for 51 inches I should receive just that! Im sadly disappointed that the manufacturer does not get back to me. Overal the bed looks and feels great!
