Wasnt expecting anything great, especially living all the way out in Hawaii most heavy products get damaged during shipping however I was pleasantly surprised when it came and no damages at all!! Product was well packaged and it was very easy to put together. Instructions were well written. Very sturdy . They even had a package of extra parts which I thought was above and beyond. Just think it was a little overly priced.
