This is a solid little cabinetBut its too short and the instructions arent clear enough. As a result I got it put together backwards and the shelf didnt fit right. I rigged it to fit the shelf and spray painted bricks to rest the cabinet on to give it some height. It was intended to be a coffee/tea service, but was way too short as it was for that. That was my fault for not reading the dimensions correctly in the first place. Considering that I had to make modifications for the shelf because the instructions were not specific enough (it doesnt show you that you have to have the boards a specific way which makes all the difference because unless you know what youre looking for youll get it wrong). I am very skilled at this stuff, so the fact that even I didnt see this is disturbing and cost 2 stars.
As far as quality and appearance, its an adorable and sturdy piece. I still love it anyway.
