We just received this couch about a week ago but so far we like it! My favorite thing is the storage! Every piece has storage. Also the fact that they can all detect and be rearranged is another thing I love! Its a bit shorter (height wise) then my old couch but it is something that I can get use to. Its soft but firm. Im sure the firmness with soften because all couches I ever owned did soften up over time. That is a good thing to me because that means it will last longer. Overall I love the couch and I am not disappointed in my purchase.
