I think this would have been a nice table, however I believe it was damaged PRIOR to packing. There was no visible damage to box (see photo), however each wood piece (3) was scarred and gouged beyond repair - one revealing that the underside was composite (photo 1) and not solid wood. Manufacture used thin sheets of plastic and thin cardboard between pieces which could not possibly have protected them even if they were damaged in shipment. Very disappointing purchase.
