My original review said that the desk was fine but that it was defective in that the screws busted through the desktop. The company saw my review and reached out to find out more about my experience. Upon seeing the pictures of the problem they notified me that they sent word to the factory (or whatever), and offered me a coupon for 99% off a new desk. Im not sure why they couldnt/didnt just replace the desk or defective parts but Im happy with the resolution nonetheless. While it would have been nice to get a nondefective desk from the start, the only thing I really care about is that I have a good one in the end. I would definitely recommend DIandHome in the future
