We received our ottoman in a timely manner. It appears to be a good quality piece. It comes with some assembly required, but when we opened the box and realized that the didnt match the chair it was intended to match, we decided to return it before we ever actually assembled it. The only problem is that the sender is charging us for the return postage, which is nearly 100 for the box of this size and weight. I have come to expect an easier return process for purchases, and I feel like were now stuck with a piece of furniture that doesnt match.
