The unit is very sturdy and very well packed. Box looked damaged but all the pieces were wrapped very well and no scratches or parts missing. It would be helpful if they put small stickers on pieces to correspond to directions. Several pieces look almost the same except for some extra screw holes. We learned the hard way on that. If small adhesive circles were used to label pieces of shelving it would make assembly so much easier. All in all the unit looks like it belongs in entry way. Have received many compliments. Very happy with quality and price.
