Company is prompt to respond to complaints and work to make sure the customer is satisfied.
Side panel was damaged on receipt. Company advised to take a pic and they would send me another side panel at no charge. While assembling the chair I found that the massage control was inoperable. Must assume that the company is going to replace that also.
