This was the best purchase! We put it together in about 10 minutes. It works great and has been a life safer for my dad. The remote is lit up and only has large up and down arrows so its very easy for my mom to use. There is a second massage remote but we dont really use that one so we tuck it away. Its so easy to get him up now. We love it.
