I love my chair, everything as advertised. The only problem is the lift. It lifts so slow it is a problem. True example, while sitting in my the front door bell. I immediately started the lift from the prone position waited to reach the bottom before the lift could lift me the inter process takes 35 seconds before you can answer the door. I am researching away to speed things up. Love the chair, would not give it up.
