Bought this chair for my father. Overall its a great chair. It was a bit challenging to assemble because of the short wires, but I was able to do it in an hour.
I wish there was a way to keep the wire for the remote from getting caught when we operate the lift or recline option. I might just add velcro tape to the back of the remote and the side of the chair to keep the remote in place. The remote will fall out of the cup holder since its not too deep. I wish the buttons for the massage and heat options were a bit bigger so he could read them, but the lift and recline buttons are big and easy to see and that is the main feature he uses anyway.
Overall I am pleased with the chair for the price and features. I would recommend!
