I ordered this for my 87 year old father. He loves it and says its very comfortable. I let my husband assemble it, so I cant really say how easy it was to assemble. It probably only took him about 10 minutes or so. My father has dementia, and we thought he might be confused by two remotes. You have the ability to not connect one or both remotes, which is nice depending on your situation. We opted to not install the heat/massage remote. I dont think he ever uses the reclining/lifting remotes, but its nice to have when someone is helping him get out of his chair. I found this chair to be very reasonably priced compared to similar chairs on the market. Im very pleased with this purchase.
