I had this chair assembled by a person contracted through . I wish I had just had my son do this. It was not hard.
The installer threaded the cord for the controller through the inside of the chair and in one month it became caught in the mechanics and crimped. I did not know at that time that that was causing the chair to not lift. I contacted and told them that I thought that the installation caused the damage. They had that company respond.
This was not the way to go.
I messaged the seller and the seller really helped me. They are excellent. Within a short time, the problem was figured out and a fix was made.
I highly recommend this chair and this company!
