I have updated my rating to 5 stars due to s customer service prompt reply to my issue. They were very timely in offering to send replacement electrical components for the chair. These new parts only took a couple of days to arrive and, after replacing them, the chair is now working perfectly again.
Their customer service was top notch.
Both of the remote controls stopped working yesterday, less than 6 months after buying this chair. I re-checked all of the cords to make sure they were all plugged in, but the electronic mechanisms are still not working. My elderly mother got stuck in a reclined position in this chair yesterday due to this. Does anyone have suggestions on how to best reach the manufacturer? The phone number that I found online just rings and rings.
