Comes in a few boxes. Mine arrived on different days, low key annoying, but not the sofas fault. Sofa fit my space, cushions are pretty firm. I'm guessing they will soften with use, but be aware... I'm giving it 5 stars because it's a great couch FOR THE PRICE. It will work until I can afford Ethan Allen :")
