This has turned out to be a great purchase for us. My 12 year old is autistic and has pretty much only ever slept on our couches so when we decided we were going to his room, he asked for a couch stating that he would sleep in his own room if he had a couch. So I went out of my way to find one that seemed like it could work well for him as he grows. I'm not sure why he sleeps better on a couch than a bed, but I'm so glad this is working out for him. He has slept in his room every night since we put it together, which makes me a happy mom.
