We bought this couch because we needed a couch that would fit through our narrow entryway and since this couch comes in pieces it was perfect. It came in 4 boxes, shipped quickly and arrived ahead of schedule. Then we unboxed everything and found the instructions and hardware, nothing was missing. However, the instructions are hard to decipher because the stickers that label each piece had fallen off into the boxes. So we had to guess which piece goes where, and it took longer to assemble because of that. The main reason why I am not giving a 4 or 5 star review is that the holes drilled into the base of the couch where you attach the back pieces were spaced incorrectly by at least 4 inches, so two of the back pieces are now only attached by 1 bolt instead of two. There is no way to remedy this unless I add some wood to the underside and drill a hole into it where it should have been. For now, we simply allowed the bolts to poke thru the fabric into the base until we get the motivation to fix it correctly. So two back pieces cannot be leaned on without it moving. Also, the corner where the couch meets the chaise does not line up properly. Too much cushion? There is a visible gap when you look at the couch from behind. I'm disappointed with this purchase, but I'll live with it I guess.
Disappointed
