Not the best customer service if you are missing parts
This is a very nice piece. However it was delivered in mid September with no screws to attach the handles. Emailed company and after much rigamarole, order form, back and forth emails — still no screws. They advised me it might take some time to send them and finally got confirmation today they are being shipped. They were odd sized screws or I just would have bought some at Home Depot. That was a bust unfortunately so still not able to use storage we cant open doors with no handles. I wasnt too impressed with their customer service and all this time to get missing parts. Seems a bit ridiculous to me that you should have to wait this long and go through all that to get parts to something you bought that they did not include. Had to complete an order form and email that in and then weeks before it shipped.
