This bed is sturdy and nice looking. It is time consuming to put together so be prepared. but it was easy to put together overall. What I liked the most is this bed allows us to save floor space during the day for playtime, but gives us the extra sleep space we needed. I used a 10 inch twin memory foam mattress and it fit really good. The same size can be used on the trundle too. I would buy this again.
