Assembly is possible with one person, but I recommend 2. The wood isnt the highest quality, vut for what you pay for it, it is an excellent sofa. The blue velvet is silky-smooth to the touch, but can easily be shblueded by pets. I recommend using a slip cover when not entertaining guests.
