This couch is great for our apartment. It fits in the smallish space and is perfect for the two of us. However, I wouldnt recommend it for those needing to seat more than two people. It gives great support and is very comfortable. It is also true that the ottoman cushion comes up when you sit in the chaise seat, but it isnt unbearable and can be solved by putting your legs up.
The only problem we had with the process of buying this couch was the delivery. The driver showed up solo to deliver this couch to our third floor apartment (no elevator mind you). I had to help him carry it up in the middle of my work day. So much for a contact-less delivery. He was very kind, but should never have been put in the position to deliver this couch by himself. The couch came almost completely assembled in one single box and weighed nearly 150 pounds. This would be huge issue if an elderly or disabled person ordered this couch, as the customer should not be expected to carry this big of a box to their apartment. Because the delivery wasnt properly handled, the box was busted up and there are some structural damages to the couch.
I dont want to persuade you out of buying this couch, as it is a very good couch. However, must do better. They must treat their deliverers better, and thereby their paying customers as well.
