Pros
My husband has to watch tv for this job (hes in sports marketing). So we converted our finished basement into his office/tv viewing room. Its decently comfortable (even after 1 day of owing), its not too big (because were a family of 2), and it looks well made! The first night we pulled the sleeper part out and watched a bunch of movies with a mountain of blankets and honestly, I wont watch movies any other way anymore! The color is beautiful and I love that the couch didnt come with any added throw pillows, Id rather pay less for a couch than get 9 useless throw pillows.

Since it is small, I wouldnt recommend this for someone looking for a statement couch. This is great for second living rooms or small apartments/trailers.
The chaz part is small, my husband is 6 tall and his ankles fall off of it, but he says he doesnt mind.
The last thing I would recommend is buying an additional support leg for the middle back. I can see with time, the frame could get bent, so Im going ahead and purchasing one (5.75 leg). Legs are plastic, but do not look like it. But worth mentioning.
