Its admittedly frustrating to buy furniture online because nothing looks as good in reality as it does in ads. Moreover, theres no way to gauge whats truly comfortable for YOU based off of the opinions of others. That said, I got lucky. The color matched nicely with what was shown online and the cushions are firm enough to be supportive but not to the extent that theyre uncomfortable. Time will tell how it holds up but I like it so far.
