I purchased this for my wife's birthday. She had always wanted something like this and I decided to (finally) purchase one. Allow me to provide a detailed review.
DELIVERY: Perfect! No issues. You know how sometimes the (heavy) thing you purchase can be partially or wholly ruined by poor packaging? Not in this case! No issues here!
UNPACKING: Again, no issues. Everything was readily identified.
CONSTRUCTION: I read and followed the instructions and the entire process took maybe 30 minutes. The only difficult part was hanging the actual basket from the frame as it's a little on the heavy side and getting the nylon strap in the correct spot required some repositioning. Overall, not too hard.
QUALITY: The fame is excellent and likely will outlast the chair. No issues with it not supporting the chair...NONE. The chair is also made well and the fabric sides of the chair allow just enough air / light into the interior to make it comfortable. The oversized pillow is...well...OK for the task. We added a couple of small pillows from another lounge chair and it's great! There are two cup holders (pouches really)...if you are using a can, these work well...using a glass...well, you might want to use a stemless glass.
COMFORT: Great for one person...two people...it's a little crowded but cozy.
COVER: The purchase comes with a nylon cover for the chair. It works well (for now) but likely will not last more than a year. Nice to have this included however.
Overall, the only issue I can foresee is the main nylon straps that connects the chair to the frame. Given time, I expect that these will age and fray. I've already thought of a way to replace these with either another nylon strap or perhaps chain.
