Box arrived damaged and taped up, frame was bent out of shape so I had to beat it back with a hammer. Finally got it put together and all it does is squeak like crazy and the metal chain that it hangs from is cheaply made and Ill need to have that replaced because it doesnt seem sturdy at all. Stop emailing me to change my review, I will not lie about the quality. I still love the chair dont get me wrong, but it definitely could have been better.
