This couch is a much better piece than I expected. Yes, it is light weight, none of the cushions are reversable and it was inexpensive. I needed a couch for my boat and this fit the bill. For light use by careful or light weight people it will be fine. My wife is 120lbs and I am 6'4" and 275lbs. I find it very comfortable for a quick nap and as long as I do not flop down in it I expect it to last a couple of years.
