Came relatively quick, in 4 boxes. Set up was a breeze. The color is beautiful, we have the blue. Softness? Oh yes, my husband fell asleep immediately. I really like this sectional. Fits great in my small cottage living room. The tray for the large ottoman came damaged, but the seller replaced it immediately. Very pleased!
